4.2 Visa Decisions: The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the respective government authorities. We are not responsible for visa rejections.

4.3 Document Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents. Any errors or omissions may result in visa rejection or delays.

4.4 Government Fees: Government visa fees are separate from our service charges and are subject to change without notice.

5. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and all necessary travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. We are not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or insufficient travel documents.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All services provided by EXPLERA VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED are non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed information.

7. Changes and Amendments

7.1 By Client: Any changes to bookings requested by clients may be subject to availability and additional charges from service providers.

7.2 By Service Providers: Airlines, hotels, and other service providers may change schedules, routes, or services. We will inform clients of such changes but are not liable for any inconvenience caused.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

8.1 Limited Liability: EXPLERA VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.

8.2 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

8.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
