Booking-Specific Policy

At Explera Vacations Private Limited, every booking is unique. Our cancellation and refund terms are customised for each booking and are communicated to the client at the time of inquiry or booking confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or any other official communication channel.

How Our Policy Works

Since every travel booking involves different airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa authorities, and service providers — each with their own terms — Explera Vacations provides a customised cancellation and refund policy for every individual booking.

When you inquire about a booking or receive a quote, our team will clearly communicate the applicable terms through:

Why Each Booking is Different

The cancellation and refund terms for your booking depend on several factors, including:

Airline Policies

Each airline has its own fare rules — some tickets are fully refundable, others non-refundable or partially refundable.

Hotel / Accommodation

Hotels have varying cancellation windows — free cancellation, partial refund, or no refund depending on property and rate.

Tour & Package Type

Group tours, private packages, and customised itineraries each carry different supplier terms and deposit structures.

Visa Services

Government visa fees are non-refundable. Service charges depend on the stage of processing at the time of cancellation.

Booking Timing

Cancellations made well in advance may attract lower penalties compared to last-minute cancellations.

MICE & Corporate Events

Event-based bookings involve venue, logistics, and vendor commitments with specific cancellation milestones.

General Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation Must Be in Writing

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 15–30 business days to the original payment method, subject to supplier timelines.

Service Charges

Explera Vacations' service and processing charges are generally non-refundable as they cover professional services already rendered.

Third-Party Supplier Terms

Refunds from airlines, hotels, and other third-party suppliers are governed by their own policies. We will facilitate the process but cannot override supplier decisions.

Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel part of a booking (e.g., one traveller or one service), the applicable terms will be communicated at the time of the request.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances — including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government travel bans, or other events beyond our control — cancellation and refund terms will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with supplier policies and applicable laws.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events.

You have received and understood the cancellation and refund terms communicated for your specific booking.
You accept the terms as shared via email, WhatsApp, or any other official communication channel.
You understand that terms may vary from booking to booking.
You agree to submit any cancellation request in writing through official channels.
